Polymarket
A polymarket widget is a live prediction-market embed for any iframe-capable surface. WidgetCraft's Polymarket widget shows current odds, top outcomes, and 24-hour movement — by default it tracks the day's TRENDING markets (top by 24-hour volume), so it stays fresh on its own. Pasteable into Notion forecasting dashboards, blog posts, or research notes as a single URL.
Polymarket is a data-live widget backed by Polymarket's public API via a cached proxy on widgetcraft's backend. It has two source modes. In Trending mode (the default) the widget selects markets DYNAMICALLY from the live top-by-24h-volume feed — there are no pinned markets to go stale, so a saved embed keeps showing the day's hottest markets indefinitely. An optional keyword filter narrows the feed (e.g. bitcoin, election, world cup). In Pick-markets mode you choose specific markets by name via a search picker, for when you want to track a particular question. Three layouts ship: card (single market, question + leading outcome + percentage), list (a ranked digest), and carousel (a slideshow of cards). The widget renders 'Yes/No' binary markets with green/red outcome bars and multi-outcome markets with proportional probability bars.

Which markets does it show by default?
By default the widget is in Trending mode: it shows the markets with the highest 24-hour trading volume right now, selected live from Polymarket's feed. Because nothing is pinned, the widget never goes stale — a saved embed keeps surfacing the day's hottest markets. Use the 'How many' knob to set how many appear (1–8) and the optional filter to narrow by keyword.
Can I show specific markets instead?
Yes. Switch the Markets control to 'Pick markets' and search for the markets you want by name. Note that prediction markets resolve and roll off over time, so a specifically-pinned market can eventually close — Trending mode avoids this entirely.
Do I need a Polymarket account?
No. The widget reads public market data — no authentication, no wallet connection. Polymarket's Gamma API is open; we proxy and cache it.
What's the trending list ranked by?
Top markets by 24-hour trading volume, taken live from Polymarket's feed and refreshed as the cached proxy invalidates.
How fresh is the data?
Markets refresh every 15 minutes from the cached proxy. Polymarket's API updates more frequently than that, but our 15-minute cache balances freshness against rate-limit costs. Acceptable for context embedding; not for real-time trading.
Is this widget free?
Yes. WidgetCraft widgets are free to embed, no signup, no per-render fees.
